The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek

I truly do not know how I feel about this place. This is my third year living here and at first I loved it but it has gone downhill. The prices have gone up way too high and charge fees that one could argue are there to just take your money. There is absolutely no connection in the area so you have to rely on their WiFi that is decent for the most part. Some keypad doors do not work, halls can get dirty over time, and if you ever need a package, expect to wait a bit. Their mailing process takes forever and its hard to get something when you need it. But what drove me to writing this response was the fire alarm that went off early in morning/middle of the night. A non-stop noise that wasn't even attended to. It has its perks living near a bus stop and with your pet but the ease of comfort is a bit lacking.

Honestly The Lofts has been wonderful. The apartments are nice I know my apartment has had new flooring installed and all the appliances are in good condition. The staff is amazing and they put together amazing programs like grocery bingo. The only complaint that I really have is the notification system for things like packages. I have opted in to receive texts for community information and packages as well as gone up to the front desk to get it fixed. Unfortunately I still don’t receive texts but I get all the emails so I am still in the loop. Best guess is their system doesn’t like my phone number or it can’t handle sending the notification to two different numbers cause my dad gets all texts.

I highly advise anyone to not live at this place. The property is maintained well, but there are so many issues that stems straight from management. I came down to the front leasing office at 3:30 PM on Sunday, and even though the website and Google maps says that they’re opened from Noon till 5, there was legit nobody at the front desk, so I couldn’t even contact them. To make matters worse, the property manager doesn’t have her number anywhere so you can’t even contact her. It’s absolute joke. The biggest problem with living here is the package situation. For some reason, management thinks it’s the best idea to only allow package pickup whenever the leasing office is opened. So if you want to pick up a package outside of front office hours, good luck! It’s such a joke it’s not even funny. You can get so much better for cheaper. Do NOT live at this clown complex

My name is Earnest Crownover III. I have lived at the lofts for 2 years! It is by far the best place in college station that i have lived at. The maintenance team is great, as well as the front office. With me, being a football player here at Texas A&M University, coming home after a big win and being able to hang out by the pool is one of the greatest feelings. If you guys ever have any questions or anything about the lofts just reach out to me and I would be glad to answer any questions!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. This place overcharges you in every aspect. Rent is way too overpriced for the quality of the apartment. If I would have renewed my lease for next year, I would have been paying around $300 more than I did my very first year living here. They have also started charging these random amounts every month for a utility and amenity fee that most of the time they will double charge you each month so be on the lookout. I recently just subleased my apartment for the spring semester and have been told numerous different things by the employees. Communication is absolutely horrible and I have been told these issues would be resolved in a reasonable amount of time and that is not the case. The leasing managers are absolutely HORRIBLE. If you have an issue don't expect to receive a call or email from them. There is always an excuse of why they can't speak to you and will do absolutely anything to ignore you. Don't be fooled at the comments they leave under these reviews, they never call you to resolve any issues or "set up a time to meet". There are many other places in the BCS area that are much more affordable and better than this place.

Do not lease from this place. It's an absolute management mess. Conveniently management is never available to take calls, fees are a mess. Daughter and her roommates were sold on the two story townhouse with large window, signed EARLY and still were given the ONE townhouse that does not have the large window. Seriously?? We were promised some sort of compensation bc front desk even admitted that's what sells those units...and guess what? Nothing. Also, I'm not sure where it's disclosed but there is no physical key. You pay a monthly fee for your student to have an app that unlocks the unit. I'm very much looking forward to being done with The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek. Doing private ownership from here on out.
